Refund Policy

We will issue refunds for the following:

1. Double Payment for same order. There are times when customers make the mistake of double clicking on the payment page resulting in double charging. We will refund the full amount if payment is done for the same order number.

2. Failure to receive order for reasons of loss or theft. Initial action would be for immediate replacement of original order, but will not hesitate to refund in case of said reasons.
